In order to deliver projects to both time and budget, SRSL operates its commercial projects according to the principles and good practice of PRINCE II and ISO 9001:2002.  In addition, analytical services carried out on behalf of the customer, undergo a robust quality assurance process which guarantees the validity and quality of the data generated.

As an organization operating within a highly competitive field, it is imperative that SRSL delivers projects in a professional and timely manner.  In order to achieve this, SRSL implements both quality and project management control procedures in order to assure the customer of delivery and project success.

Through its activities and growing portfolio of projects, SRSL has extensive experience in project and contract management. We work on behalf of our clients to ensure that their objectives and requirements are met in a timely and cost efficient manner. Often clients are given the opportunity to participate in the project board, playing an active role in the developing project. This ensures intimate communication between SRSL and the customer providing a flexible approach in order to maximize the value of the work cognisant of the customers demands at any stage of an ongoing project.

In order to ensure the high quality of our services, project management is implemented using PRINCE II methodologies.  Environmental analyses are subject to extensive and well established quality control and validation standards such as the NMBAQC-scheme and all reports are internally validated. In this way, SRSL couples objectivity and independence in environmental services to robustness in the analyses of relevant environmental parameters in order to give clients the requisite assurance in the data and interpretations provided.
